Looking for a Customer service executive for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  3. Respond and resolve customer queries through different channels (phone, email or chat).
  4. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  5. Manage large amounts of incoming customer queries and complaints within dedicated time.
  6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  7. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  8. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution phone, email, mail or social media.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree holder.
  2. Two to four years experience as Customer service executive.
  3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  4. Must be able to work under pressure.
  5. Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
  6. Patient, Motivated self-starter.
  7. Must be a team player.
