Looking for a Customer Service Executive for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Receive inbound calls.
  2. Make outbound calls.
  3. Ensure that customers/callers are satisfied.
  4. Exhibiting competent product Knowledge.
  5. Gather information from customers.
  6. Handle customer complaints or inquiries via telephone, emails, chats or text messages.
  7. Consistently ensure call(outbound/inbound) quality.
  8. Provide customers with needed information and support.
  9. Work closely with Team leads, supervisors and call center manger to ensure synergy and all time customer satisfaction.
  10. Adherence to call script and call center policies.
  11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree Qualification.
  2. Two years relevant work experience.
  3. Working knowledge of appropriate CRM software.
  4. Excellent communication skill.
