Looking for a Customer service supervisor for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  2. Respond to customer service issues on time.
  3. Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  4. Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  5. Hire and train new customer service agents.
  6. Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  7. Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree holder.
  2. Four to five years of proven experience as Customer service department.
  3. High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to prioritize and delegate tasks.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
