Looking for a Customer service supervisor for Doha, Qatar.
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Respond to customer service issues on time.
- Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Hire and train new customer service agents.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Four to five years of proven experience as Customer service department.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
