Looking for a HR Executive for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide adequate support to the employees within the Human Resources department to facilitate achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and prepare weekly and monthly attendance report highlighting relevant cases for payroll consideration.
  • Maintain all employee records related to employment details, termination, absenteeism, contract expiry and notify concerned departments to take necessary action.
  • Assist in the day to day HR activities related to preparing offer letters, contracts of employment, attrition details, leave management etc.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, reimbursements, leave etc.
  • Track the expiry dates of employment contract of all staff and timely inform the recruitment team to take appropriate action.
  • Conduct all activities involved in provision of relevant insurance policies to employees. Activities include policy development, renewal, processing and reimbursement claims.
  • Prepare documents / letters that are requested by employees in line with defined formats and standards.
  • Ensure effective administration of the employee exit management function on account of retirement, resignation and termination, in compliance with internal policies and mandates.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Three to four years experience as HR Executive.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Application.
  • Ability to maintain positive and engaging relations with all departments.
