Looking for an Office Assistant for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  2. Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  3. Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
  4. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  5. Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  6. Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.

Job Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma.
  2. One to two years experience as an Office Assistant.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Outstanding time-management.
  5. Strong attention to detail.
