Looking for a Project Coordinator for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Organizes attends and participates in stakeholder meetings.
  2. Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  3. Determines project changes.
  4. Develops project strategies.
  5. Assesses project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable.
  6. Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  7. Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  8. Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  9. Undertakes project tasks as required.
  10. Ensures project deadlines are met.
  11. Provides administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree holder.
  2. Four years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  3. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Experience using computers and information systems for a variety of tasks.
  5. Competency in project management systems and trackers.
  6. Ability to work easily and effectively with a wide range of people.
