Looking for a Project Coordinator for Doha, Qatar.
- Organizes attends and participates in stakeholder meetings.
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Determines project changes.
- Develops project strategies.
- Assesses project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable.
- Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Undertakes project tasks as required.
- Ensures project deadlines are met.
- Provides administrative support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Four years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using computers and information systems for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in project management systems and trackers.
- Ability to work easily and effectively with a wide range of people.
