Looking for a Receptionist for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining a busy reception desk, ensuring that the office is presented in a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors.
  2. Preparing any letters or other documents, as required by the management of the office.
  3. Answering incoming calls, both external and internal, and directing client, consultant and colleague queries.
  4. Distributing post, sample deliveries and all general correspondence to the relevant parties.
  5. Prepare conference rooms for visitors, including any AV requirements and any refreshments.
  6. Manage bookings for various conference rooms within the office.
  7. Monitor and order catering supplies.
  8. Arrange any courier requirements, as well as taking receipt of any incoming courier packages.
  9. Monitor and order stationary supplies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree holder.
  2. Two to Three years experience as a Receptionist.
  3. Ability to work as part of a team.
  4. Excellent time management skills.
