Looking for a Secretary for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  2. Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  3. Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  5. Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
  6. Perform accurate research and analysis.
  7. Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  8. Take dictation and write correspondence.
  9. Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
  10. Daily record keeping and filing of documents.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree holder.
  2. Two to four years of experience  as a Secretary.
  3. Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office Application.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  6. Brilliant English written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
